Low seat height

The newly designed frame enabled the engineers to make this XT very compact with a well balanced weight distribution and comfortable riding position.

Because of the 17inch tyres, also the seat height is 30 mm lower than that of the the XT 125R. Even less tall riders will have a firm standing with their feet on the ground when stopping. Unlike most of competitors in this class, the XT 125 (in both X and R version) features a strong 220 mm rear disc brake instead of a drum brake.
